Card Effect: Whenever an ally is healed I deal [10|20|35] damage to a random enemy.

This one again encasulates the essence of both the gamplay and visuals of the Water region quite well. They are all about healing and defense at first, but can hit pretty hard later as well.
In this effect a big hydro-pump like beam of water is fired at the target. Foam and water droplets coming off of the beam as it does so.

This is the shader graph that drives most of the effects in the Water region. It created the cartoon-ey, stylized, foamy water that makes up the beam in this case. I usually use multiple layers of this to create something that looks more substantial, less flat than if it was just one cylinder in this case. Before I finished this I kinda dreaded making this because I thought it would be really hard to make somethign that actually looks good, but it turned out to be fairly simple!

In the anticipation and origin of the beam you can see this symbol, which is something I did with a few effects sometimes. This symbol is the region symbol for the Water region. Helps tie everything together a little more and makes the effect even more clearly belong to the Water region.
